Ty Cayce co-founded West Seattle PM in 2024 with business partner and longtime colleague Jessica Holley, building the company around a simple idea: owners deserve a local manager who knows this market street by street and can back every recommendation with real numbers. As Designated Broker, Ty helps lead a boutique operation focused on West Seattle and the surrounding neighborhoods, where protecting the asset, communicating clearly, and keeping homes leased are the whole job. It is a deliberate return to hands on, relationship driven management after more than a decade of building and scaling firms across the region.

That perspective comes from a career spent on every side of the business. Ty is a second generation real estate professional whose family has served Seattle area property owners for more than 50 years. He graduated from the University of Washington's Foster School of Business in 2002 with a degree in Information Systems and started out in mortgage and banking technology, an early grounding in systems and data that still shapes how he runs a portfolio. He entered property management in 2010 at Cayce & Gain, learning the business from the front desk up, purchased a majority stake in 2016 and rebranded the firm as Cayce Real Estate Services, merged with Allegro Property Management in 2017 to form Urban Key, and acquired Smart Choice Realty in 2018, growing the portfolio from 330 doors to more than 1,400. In 2018 he helped co-found Showdigs, an on demand showing platform now used by property managers nationwide. Urban Key was acquired by PURE Property Management in 2021, and Ty spent the following three years leading business operations and optimization across more than 25 states. He is also a sought after speaker at national industry conferences, where his sessions regularly earn the highest attendee ratings, and an active real estate investor through Cayce Capital.

Holly Rotach is the President and a Founding Partner of Full Circle Accounting. Holly has over 20 years of experience in accounting and has been focused on property management accounting since 2015. She started her accounting career in manufacturing with Faribault Foods quickly rising from general accountant to corporate accounting manager. She enjoys being able to make a difference by helping bring order and process to the accounting function. She then brought these skills to commodity trading at Cargill helping the company successfully manage record growth.

In 2007, Holly and her family moved to Colorado where she began working in the software as a service industry with The Breakaway Group. She was able to use her experience to help establish an accounting department that provided reliable information to company decision makers. Through it all one thing stands out, her desire to help companies develop a solid accounting junction to help them reach their goals. Holly is a member of the Denver chapter of NARPM, the Apartment Association of Metro Denver and the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce. When she is not busy working on numbers you will likely run into Holly outside on her bike or hiking and skiing with her family.
